Summit of the Americas: Bolivia and Chile battle it out over Ocean Access

During the recent Summit of the Americas in Panama, Bolivia - one of South America's poorest and Chile - one of its most prosperous nations battled it out over land lost in a past war.

Bolivia is one of South America's two landlocked countries. It is also one of its most impoverished. Ever since the War of the Pacific 136 years ago, it has partially blamed Chile for both. After defeat by Chile's military invasion, Bolivia lost 10 percent of its territory.
