Luanda 'most expensive city' for expats

What city is the most expensive for expatriates in 2015? Well, It's not Singapore or Hong Kong, it is in fact the Angolan capital city of Luanda.

For the past three years the city has held the number one spot, according to an annual survey by consultancy Mercer, because of the high cost of rent, imported goods and security in the oil-rich nation.
